Seeking professional help can also be beneficial. Actually, you need to allow yourself to experience and express your emotions, without judgment or guilt. Just do not ignore yourself while living life before Death

You need to do some small things for yourself

1. Acknowledge (Truth) your feelings: It’s okay to be sad, angry, or confused. Allow yourself to feel these emotions without judgment.

Acknowledge your feelings means recognizing the emotions you are experiencing and accepting them as part of your experience. This may involve taking time to sit with your feelings and examine them, allowing yourself to experience them without judgment, and expressing gratitude for the insight and wisdom they can bring.

2. Reach out (Truth) for support: Talk to family and friends who are also grieving and seek out professional help if needed. If you are feeling overwhelmed, it is important to reach out for support. You can reach out to a close friend or family member, a mental health professional, or your local community for assistance. Additionally, there are many online resources available to help you through challenging times, including hotlines, online counseling, and support groups. Don't be afraid to ask for help; it is a sign of strength and courage.

3. Express yourself: Write down  (Truth) your thoughts and feelings, or create a memorial for your loved one.

Life is too short to be anything but happy. Express yourself and be proud of who you are. Live life to the fullest and don't let anyone's opinion of you stop you from pursuing your dreams. Believe in yourself and always reach for the stars.

4. Take care of yourself: Eat well (Truth) and exercise, and try to stay engaged in activities that bring you joy.

5. Find meaning: Look (Truth) for ways to honor your loved one and carry on their memory. Strive to find meaning in your life for yourself, not for others.

6. Be kind to yourself: Allow (Truth) yourself to heal and take the time you need to grieve.

It's okay to take a break, to make mistakes, to feel overwhelmed, and to ask for help. You're doing your best and that's enough.

Finally, we must learn the value of resilience and perseverance. No matter what obstacles may arise, we can remain focused on our goals and find ways to move forward.
